Kalpit Veerwal (Udaipur) is a name which was a matter of considerable discussion among the people a few days ago and the reason for this was to bring 100% marks to the prestigious Joint Entrance Exam (JEE)-Mains. Then he astonished all of us by bringing 360 marks out of 360 in JEE-Mains(2017). It was because anyone did not do such a thing till now. Currently He is studying computer science engineering in the Indian Institute of Technology(IIT),Mumbai.
Now once again he has attracted the attention of people And this time it is due to their name being included in the Limca Book of Records -2018. An official of the Limca Book of Records confirmed this and said that the name of the Kalpit Veerwal will be included in the ‘Education Achievement’ category of the year-2018.
Kalpit told during the interaction with the media that he had complete faith in passing JEE-Mains,2017 but he did not believe that he would bring 100% marks. Likewise, he told that getting a place in the world’s prestigious Limca Book of Records is beyond his imagination.
According to Kalpit, he used to give 15 hours daily to prepare for his IIT Exam. Kalpit is a residence of Udaipur (Rajasthan) which is about 300 kms from the Kota (Rajasthan)-a place called Mecca for competitive exams preparations. But he did not prepare from Kota and considered his constant education as a major part of his success.
Kalpit’s father Pushpendra Virwal is a compounder in a government hospital in Udaipur and his mother Pushpa is a teacher in Government School. He has an elder brother who is currently studying MBBS from AIIMS-Jodhpur. His family feel proud for what Kalpit achieve.
